If your song has lyrics, it helps to bring a few copies so people can read along as you play and write comments on the sheet. I’ll have plenty of pens for everyone to use. Most people play live, but if you have a recording of your song, I’ll have a laptop there that we can play it from. I’ll also have a Bluetooth speaker, or you’re more than welcome to bring your own playback device if you prefer. You can email me tracks in advance if you’d rather not mess with it during the meeting. If getting yourself or your instrument to Carey’s is an issue for anyone, just let me know and I’ll help you figure something out.
