Throw a party in the heart of the city!

The AV Lounge is a unique setting for any type of social gathering. Whether public or private, big or small, the venue’s main room can house as many as two hundred guests.

The tiered platforms at the back and dance floor near the stage allow for any number of arrangements to accommodate plenty of tables and chairs for different types of events.

Basic Rental

— For parties, readings, open houses, etc.

$100/hr. (min. of 2 hrs.)

Setup and tear down time is not included in your event time. You must reserve the space to allow for that additional time. We recommend adding at least one hour to your expected event for this purpose.

The basic rental gives you access to the lobby, the main room, basic sound and lighting (including one microphone setup for speeches, toasts, etc.), and one employee on hand to run said sound and lighting for you. This does not include live music of any kind (including karaoke). You are welcome to make it private or public, charge an entrance fee, and provide refreshments. Please contact us within any additional inquiries.

*At five hours, you will receive the sixth hour free. If your event is longer than six hours, please contact us about whether this is possible.

Premium Rental

— For live music or stage performance

(Basic Rental +$50/hr.)

Live Music Night (Basic rental + $50/hr for an additional employee to run stage sound and lights)

You consider yourself a promoter OR you just really like your uncle’s band. Great! Live Music Night rental includes additional access to the stage and green room backstage for your band/performer. Note: You cannot run your own sound. We don’t care how long you have “been in the biz.”

Karaoke Night (Basic rental +$25/hr for employee to run it)

We set it up and take it down. We have the licenses you need to 55k songs and the sound system to make you sound better than you ever thought possible.

I am a non-profit; do you have special rates for me?

The AV Lounge has hosted a number of non-profit and community group gatherings; we are happy to work with your group if you are looking for a special location.

My party/open house/social gathering will be two hours, should I only make a reservation for two hours?

The time it takes to set up before and to remove all of your items after needs to be added to the amount of time you reserve The AV for.

So, if you are planning on having guests for two hours, you should reserve at least one additional hour for set-up/tear-down (The full reservation would be for three hours).

What about a private Karaoke night?

Sure. Karaoke is kind of a special thing. It’s not quite a live show, but it does take more than the basic rental.

We set it up and take it down. We have the licenses you need to 55k songs and the sound system to make you sound better than you ever thought possible.

The cost is the Basic Rental +$25/hr

Can I give away food and drink at my gathering?

Of course. You are welcome to make food and drink available at your function. Please discuss with us what this will look like ahead of time.

Can The AV Lounge provide beverage sales for my event?

We can provide beer, wine, and soft drink sales.

You can set up an “open bar” for your event that can reduce the price of the overall rental.

The reduced rate will be commensurate to the amount established for the “open bar.” Contact us for more information.
