Just about every month a group of musicians gets together to share new songs and workshop them. It is always open to everyone, but this month, it is part of the SxSD festival. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or brand new to songwriting, you are welcome to be a part of a great group of people.
Musicians that will be playing at the all day show on Saturday will be in attendance. Maybe they will talk songwriting; maybe they will just sit back and judge everybody. Who knows?

As always, you don’t need a song to play, or even be a songwriter to attend our song circle. Anyone and everyone is welcome! Once we get situated on Wednesday, we’ll go around the group, listen to anyone who brought a song to share then comment on it once they’re done. If your song has lyrics, it helps to bring a few copies so people can read along as you play and write comments on the sheet. Most people play live, but if you have a recording of your song, we can play it on the PA system at the AV Lounge. You can email me tracks in advance if you’d rather not mess with it during the meeting.
